Freshest daily ‘market’ fish (usually Tarakihi fillets), pan-grilled with a knob of unsalted butter and finished with a melted Parmesan, Chardonnay, and lemon crust

Chicken breast fillets delicately sautéed in a splash of virgin olive oil; then finished in a creamy sun-dried tomato & wholegrain mustard sauce

Prime NZ Pasture-fed Beef – Scotch Fillet Steaks (275g) seared on the char-griller, then oven finished to order and Served with your choice of Sauce – $4 each. Choose from:

Funghi – Mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, and red wine sauce
Pepe Verde – Creamy Green Peppercorn sauce
JJ’s Gorgonzola – Cream, blue-vein cheese & mushrooms

POLLETTO al ROSMARINO – $41.50

Succulent whole chickens (approx 425g), chiller-marinated in garlic, fresh lemon juice, virgin olive oil and rosemary; then oven-grilled to perfection and served with its own ‘pan juice’ gravy. Note: Can be ordered with OR without CHILLI
